* The electricity and water rates are as follows : 6 Baht per kw, 40 Baht per m3 * The cleaning rate is 300 Baht for a Studio, 470 Baht for a Suite and 600 Baht for a double Suite. Cleaning is done twice a week. Linen change is inclusive (towels & sheets). * The amount must be paid as soon as you arrive, in Baht or in currency with no extra fee with a deposit as follow : - 5000 Baht for a Studio, 10000 Baht deposit for a Suite ( x 2 for a double) for a1 month stay or 2000 Baht per week for a Studio and 4000 Baht for a Suite ( x 2 for a double) for a 1 week stay * Water, electricity and cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Deposit will be refunded to you on your departure day. * Possibility of daily rental: contact us * These prices will be increase of 50% for a stay less than 3 weeks from 15 december through 15 January * These rates are payable (in Baht or your currency, without commission) upon arrival only. * Unlimited Internet connection is available in our apartments for only 500 Baht per week (Wi Fi or 3G depending of the apartment).
