The road signs are all phonetically transposed in our alphabet. Travel documents: no visa is necessary for a less that 30 day stay, but your passport must be valid for up to 6 months after your date of entry in the country. You will have no problem obtaining a visa from the Thai consulate in all major cities for a longer than 30 day stay. Airline: Thai Airways and many other airline companies fly to Bangkok from all the European and America capitals. Ask your travel agent or visit one of the many internet sites.
